2004 Fender MIJ MG-69 Mustang – Sonic Blue w/ Skystang Mod

Lovely, screaming nice Fender Japan MG-69 in Sonic Blue with a modded original tortoiseshell pickguard which looks great, pictures don’t do it justice, can’t quite capture the beautiful blue finish. Setup on 10’s and weighing in at an amazing 7lb 6oz, come in a Fender style hard case with tremolo arm, looks good in it. Not new, not pristine, still excellent, filled with mojo. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan SH-1 JB that reads 16k, the guitar retains the usual in and out of phase controls. Made in Japan sometime between 2004-05, so pushing past 2 decades old at this stage.

Condition is 8/10 for play wear and modification.

Modified with a Seymour Duncan SH-1 JB humbucker in the bridge position. Wiring has been upgraded to cloth. Otherwise stock, shows light play wear. Not new, not pristine. As always, there are more pictures than Reverb will host on my own site, deegearlocker dotcom. See the pictures, ask for more.
